Feast your eyes fashionable girls and boys, for this is the last Scarlett ad you will see from me! Yes, my fall preview series has come to a sad conclusion and I have oh-so-thoughtfully saved the best, or maybe the worst, for last. This wonderful bag, which slightly resembles some furry beast or at the very least an Ugg boot, is the new Louis Vuitton Monogram Shearling. Right from the get-go this bag just holds no appeal to me with the shiny, slightly plastic looking, monogram material and the fur sticking out everywhere. Great bag for the abominable snowman to look fashionable in, but maybe not so much for the fashionable New York gal! To add insult to injury, the bags carry quite the hefty price tag for some plastic coated shearling wool with vernis handles! My verdict: a big thumbs down!
Louis Vuitton Fall Preview Limelight Clutch
My eyes spy a subtle metallic hint in the handbag Scarlett is sporting this week. And of course, what fashionable girl’s fall wardrobe would be complete without metallics? I’ve been searching for the perfect fall handbag for weeks, and the color on the new Louis Vuitton Limelight Clutch is gorgeous, but the bag itself it not calling out to me. From the description, this bag has it all: choice of two colors (perle or copper), quilted monogram logo on laminated fleecy wool, satin luster, snap closure, hidden zip pocket, and the Louis Vuitton inventeur plaque. So far so good, but then I see the words unstructured and foldable, and all of a sudden my wallet closes! Maybe it is just me, but this fall season I am seeing a lot of structure and sleek silhouettes in ad campaigns, and this floppy handbag doesn’t fit into the fall image I’ve seen.
Louis Vuitton Fall Preview: Monogram Motard
My obsession with the Louis Vuitton Fall/Winter 2007 ad campaign continues. It is really one of the best ad campaigns I have seen so far this season, and Scarlett is my girl crush - so that helps too! This week, the breathtaking Scarlett is seen holding the new Louis Vuitton Monogram Motard Alligator Biker. This edgy new line is straight from the runway and features soft lambskin leather quilted with the Louis Vuitton monogram. The leather is varnished to give a glossy effect, while the chunky hardware gives off a not-so-subtle biker-chick vibe! There are several new bags being released in this line, available in October, with different colors and trims. Please see pictures below for selection and prices! I must say, the selection available this season is making my head spin and my wallet cry out in disbelief! Louis Vuitton Fall Preview Monogram Mirage
Confession time! I have a girl crush on Scarlett Johannsen. I know some of you might not agree, but just look at that ad! The flowing blond hair, the gorgeous color palette… GOTCHA… this isn’t a celebrity blog, this is a Purse Blog, right? Well move your eyes down a little and check out that bag! My heart stopped a beat when I first saw it on the runway months ago, and now that the print campaign is here my bank account’s heart has also stopped.
The new Louis Vuitton Monogram Mirage line has done the impossible by turning the boring monogram canvas into a true work of art. Notice that the LV monogram pattern gradually fades the closer it gets to the top of the bag. This is a process in photography know as degrade. There are also a couple new styles of bags being released in this line, most notably the Griet, which is shown in the ad above.

A new ad campaign, a new denim color, and a hot new handbag! Fall is going to be great! I recently stumbled upon the new Scarlett Johansson ad campaign and after tearing my eyes away from the gorgeous ScarJo I immediately started assessing the bag and imagining the potential damage to my already fragile bank account. The verdict: Louis Vuitton has done it again….released yet another bag that I cannot live without, the Denim Neo Cabby! The Denim Neo Cabby also heralds the introduction of a new denim color to replace the discontinued Lichen and Fuschia. A subtle black that has just the right amount of distressing, they look like the perfect pair of worn in jeans. The black will look great with just about any outfit, the black leather handles mean I don’t have to worry about getting any vachetta dirty, and the bag comes in two sizes (MM & GM) to please everyone! Like I said, the perfect bag!

The artsy accessories are in full bloom. And do you know which line I am loving most? Louis Vuitton! From the Watercolor Speedy to the Louis Vuitton Tahitienne Bags, Louis Vuitton has taken a light and fun approach on their spring bags. I’ve caught the LV bug. The Louis Vuitton Tahitienne Bags are hard not to love. They are monogram, but not overly splattered monogram. In fact, while the logo is large, it is still hard to decipher for many that do not know the new items from the brand. The bag is designed with woven cotton canvas and a monogram print with a hand painted effect inspired by a 1924 LV catalog cover. The inside only brings more fun, with smaller Tahitienne print. The shape is perfect for me and the feel is perfect for resort and summer. Actually, I look at this bag and picture myself with my bikini on headed to the beach or out for a day on the boat (or even better on an exotic island vacation!). The rich, vibrant colors are inspired by Paul Gauguin, a Post-Impressionist painter who is known for his bold use of color. Another perk is the adjustable leather shoulder straps and interior strap that can be adjusted to change the shape and capacity of the bags.

The countdown has officially begun for those on the Louis Vuitton Watercolor Speedy list! Luckily I am on the list and I am quite excited to get my Speedy and use it for summer. The only unfortunate part is that it arrives in stores on May 1st, and I fly out May 1st for my trip to Spain. Oh well, I can wait 11 days to get back and get the bag! The other bag that is highly coveted and newly arrived to eLuxury is the Louis Vuitton Monogram Canvas Galliera. This is a new addition to the Monogram Canvas line for LV and the perfect touch for spring and summer. This bag features the monogram canvas that we all are very familiar with, shiny golden brass hardware, and a LV inventeur plate on the front. I am narrowing down the colors that I would like to use, and while I think I know the exact colors I would like, pink and purple hues are near and dear to my heart. They are so feminine and stunning. And as my mind rambled, and as I have been in love with these two colors, I found one of my favorite Louis Vuitton Clutches in the exact colors that I adore. We loved the Louis Vuitton Epi Leather Montaigne Clutch when we first saw it in black and white, and have fallen in love with it all over again in purple and pink. The sleek and clean lines of the textured Epi leather, smooth leather trim, and stunning shiny palladium hardware combine to make this bag a show stopper. Easy to clean, the Louis Vuitton Vernis line has become a LV favorite. The Louis Vuitton Monogram Vernis Bellevue PM sports triangular sides on the new (and perfect for Valentine’s Day I might add) Violette color. The vernis is monogram embossed patent leather and is accented with natural cowhide trim.
The nameplate on the front of the bag spotlights the Old English Louis Vuitton signature. Having a zip top closure, this handbag becomes perfect to carry an array of things without worrying about anything falling out. Dimensions are 14.8″x 8.9″x 7″.

My favorite piece from this line is the pair of open toe mules, which will look stunning with spring and summer whites. The Monogram Mini Lin has been made before in dune or ebene. The cruise 2008 bags are fresh and fun.

Available in gold and white Suhali goat leather, the Louis Vuitton Suhali Agenda is the perfect carry around size, 4.1″x 5.6″, with a very sophisticated polish look. The inside of the agenda is also lined in leather and the golden brass hardware really gives a great touch to the agenda. And there is a feeling reminiscent of Louis Vuitton trunks, with their snapped flap closure, corners, and LV stamping around the perimeter. The inside also has two interior pockets. While my Hermes agenda is a zip agenda, this is just a snap closure. It makes it easy to fling open to write something important down, like, say, ‘Spa for massage on the 12 at 11 am’. You know, something very important .

The Speedy is undoubtedly the quintessential Louis Vuitton bag. I doubt that many LV lovers never owned one to begin their obsession with the fine brand. One downside of it to many is that is lacks structure. No matter how much you load in the Speedy, it sags to the ground, unwilling to hold its fine form. To friends of the Speedy, there is now a slightly flashier sibling called the Louis Vuitton Damier Berkeley. Its name is derived from a chic London neighborhood, the Berkeley Square. The materials are common to other Damier canvas bags, smooth leather trim, a red micro suede lining and a golden “Louis Vuitton Inventeur” plaque on the front complete the picture. Its handles are adjustable in length, two side outside pockets offer additional storage room for cellphone or keys. With 12.4″ in width, it is only .4 inches wider than the Speedy and .7 inches taller.

We popped into Louis Vuitton Cologne and saw a great looking tote. For me, it was not a bag that I wanted him or I to leave with, but it is a great everyday bag nonetheless. The SA at Louis Vuitton said it is unisex, though I find it to be very masculine. The Louis Vuitton Utah Leather Kiowa Tote is designed with sturdy, yet supple hand-grained Utah calf leather and sports straps down the front of the bag. I am not blown away by this handbag, it is rather simple, but when it comes to giving a man a handbag, simple usually is the best route. The hardware is polished but is aged brass, so it is not too shiny for the man that does not care to draw attention to his man bag. It is always a plus to have a zip top closure, and the inside features a flat pocket and a cell phone pocket. Dimensions are still too small for a 17″ computer, but will fit the average laptop, 1*″x 12.9″x 5.85″.

I enjoy giving gifts more than I do receiving gifts for the simple fact that putting a smile on someone’s face is priceless. I can not lie, receiving great gifts has me smiling ear to ear also, but shopping for the perfect gift for my family and friends is priceless (and ultimately frustrating at times!). For those who want to give something designer but don’t want to spend exorbitant amounts, stick with an accessory. A designer accessory shows that you want them to have something luxurious, shows them you thought about them, and can stay within your price range. The shape is that of the Speedy, yet this mini bag packs a small yet cute punch! The Louis Vuitton Monogram Mini Sac features petite measurements, 6″x 4″x 3″, which make it a great evening bag, accessory bag, or bag for a youngster. While splurging for your little one, price is very important, to keep your little one lucky while not completely spoiled and indulged. It of course is all relative, as many who do not love handbags would never spend $375 on them self for a bag let alone on their child. I have seen many pictures of toddlers with this handbag, toting it around looking like a fashionista in the making. And I am sure some of you will hate the idea of giving a designer handbag to a three year old, but I am certain when I have a little girl she will be toting this bag around too. The monogram canvas is trimmed with natural cowhide and there are two rolled leather handles.

Louis Vuitton Mini Lin Croisette
Even though I’m not escaping to any distant islands this year, Louis Vuitton has still released some beautiful new bags that will help get me through the dreary winter months. The new Mini Lin Croisette line was released on November 1 and contains a great selection of handbags and accessories sure to please everyone. The Mini Lin Croisette is a variation of the traditional Mini Lin line, part of the permanent collection; however, for the cruise collection the bags now come in two new colors, red and blue, and are subtly striped. When I picture red and white stripes I automatically think of candy canes, but not so with these new bags! The bags are trimmed in a gorgeous white pebbled leather. I am very impressed with this new collection and am curious to find out what you think too!
Louis Vuitton at Los Angeles MOCA
Some of the most successful Louis Vuitton handbag lines have been the ones in which Takashi Murakami collaborated with Marc Jacobs. The Multicolore line, Cherry Blossom line, Panda, and Cerises were all the works of Japanese pop artist Murakami. The smiling cherries of the Cerises line were what initially drew me into a Louis Vuitton store, but alas I was too late and they were completely sold out. Now Murakami and Louis Vuitton have joined forces again, this time selling limited edition (rumored to be only several hundred pieces available) Louis Vuitton accessories and bags at the Takashi Murakami exhibit at the Los Angeles MOCA (Museum of Contemporary Art).
The newly released pieces include the re-introduction of the Louis Vuitton ‘Hands’ symbol shown on the front of the monogram canvas Neverfull bag (available in PM, MM, and GM sizes) and Porte Monnaie Ronde. In addition, Murakami has also introduced a new character called ‘Chibi Kinoko’ which means little mushroom. This little mushroom man has been placed on the front of an agenda, which is available in the traditional monogram canvas as well as the black and white Multicolore canvas.

Or, as I like to call them, enormous and ginormous! The Louis Vuitton XL and XXL are made from soft, luxurious Mahina leather with microfiber lining. If you own a piece from the LV Epi line you can vouch for the fact that these bags are easier to clean than a spill on your kitchen counter. The leather is durable and thick, which makes it harder to scratch and easier to wipe anything off. Grab a piece of paper towel, Kleenex, or a wet cloth and wipe off the spill. Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2008 Ready To Wear Show
The color palette was beautiful and vibrant, full of blues, yellows, watermelon pinks, and so much more. However, Marc Jacobs decided to throw them all on one bag! Bags with 3 or more colors, plus different colored handles, are too much for me to handle (literally and figuratively). An interesting twist on the bags was somewhat psychedelic monogram patterns, as well as turning many of the iconic bags into frame bags with little tags hanging that stated their name (i.e. papillon, speedy, and alma). There are also bags with ‘Louis Vuitton’ spelled out all over the bag (Think last season’s Marc Jacobs bags that did the same). This season is definitely not for the faint-hearted, or for someone looking for a classic piece to carry for years. I am intrigued enough to wonder what bags will actually make it into production.

Since it was released, I have loved the monogram denim line. It is casual chic, with the logo still visible but a little less noticeable and a laid-back touch of style. Especially when I am in the Mid West, but even when in south Florida, laid back style goes a long way. Louis Vuitton offers an array of Denim products to meet your fancy! My next trip to the fabulous Bal Harbour Louis Vuitton shop will include my perusing the denim collection and picking up a little piece of blue.

It can be a shoulder bag, or the strap can be removed and carried by hand. The zippered top provides security from prying hands. The pleat adds volume and a funky edge to keep it youthful, but not too casual. In additional to all these wonderful attributes the bag also comes in two sizes. The GM (16 x 12 x is big enough to carry around the kitchen sink, while the PM (13 x 9 x6) is just big enough to fit all the essentials without being overloaded.
Louis Vuitton Suhali Lockit PM
The Louis Vuitton Suhali line costs a pretty penny but appeals to the crowd that loves Louis Vuitton and is not keen on logos. While goat leather is heavy, the simple style of the Louis Vuitton Suhali Lockit PM catches the eye. Smooth leather trim with contrast topstitching are perfect alongside golden brass hardware. For those who do not want to carry a heavier handbag, this may not be for you. Because the only option for carrying the bag is with the rolled leather handles, your arm may get tired easily. But it doesn’t mean that this bag is not gorgeous to admire. I would hope for a more luxurious lining, when the price is so high, but this handbag is merely lined with monogrammed textile lining. While I am not willing to shell out my credit card for this handbag, I do love it. Dimensions are 11.8″x 9.8″x 5.2″.

For those who appreciate meticulously crafted leather in an elegant timeless bag, the Louis Vuitton Suhali line is perfect. My mother and sister, aka Anti-logo-family-members, have always been drawn to this line. The sturdy and stunning Suhali goat leather offers divine structure. The Louis Vuitton Suhali Le Confident is a smaller handbag that packs a big punch. The contrast top stitching and golden brass hardware showcase the supple leather. Rivet detailing adds a special touch along with an exterior pocket with an S-lock closure. Not an everyday bag, but a very cute handbag if you are in the market for a small shoulder bag. Dimensions are 10.6″x 7″x 5.9″.
Louis Vuitton Waterproof Keepall
The spanking new LV Waterproof Keepall inherits the same measurements of the regular and loved Keepall 55. However, it has undergone serious steroid treatment in the advanced Louis Vuitton labs! The cowhide trim and handles were dumped for durable polyamide and polyurethane, the golden hardware swapped for brass and zamak pieces. This bag is the active traveler’s wet dream - even if you don’t end up submerging your Keepall in water, it is great to know you could (without ending up ruining your belongings). To me, this spacious bag could help me overcome my general disapproval of the monogram canvas. Still, is the advanced welding process (that ensures airtightness of the main compartment)

While I am not a huge monogram canvas fan, some still catch my eye and keep my attention. Every time I pop into the Louis Vuitton boutique, I am drawn to the Louis Vuitton Monogram Beverly MM. The slight ruching under the front flap and pleated sides adds sizzle. But it is the logo-engraved push-lock closure that really catches my attention. The golden brass hardware is the perfect accent on the LV monogram canvas. The natural cowhide trim paves the way to the focal point; the golden hardware closure. Easy to thrown on for a laid-back night out or dress it up, I love this. This handbag is nothing extraordinary, but if you love it like I do, you will see the beauty in it.

Rehab has done her body good; from the inside out. Lindsay Lohan keeps being snapped looking like a laid-back 20-something-year-old who is stylish and simple. I love that she wears an outfit that looks like it could be straight from my closet. Great wide leg jeans, a killer blue top, a stunning handbag, and a Twizler in her hand. Lindsay was sporting the limited edition Louis Vuitton Olympe Stratus GM, which is a lightweight, comfortable bag with a resin LV plaque and chunky braided handle and optional shoulder strap. I spoke with my SA at Bal Harbour the other day who informed me that this version is hard to track down right now, as only a handful were made. But the littler sister, the Stratus Cirrus is still available.

Ashlee gets a nose job, Jessica gets John Mayer, and now both enjoy pouting and looking woeful wherever they go. Poor Simpson sister’s, I sure do feel bad for them. Their little mansions, their little bank accounts, their little plastic surgeons, their little boyfriends. Boo-hoo. Perfectly matching woeful pouts, Jessica and Ashlee were snapped separately but acting as if they had the same feeling plastered on their face. When I have a baby I intend to travel with him/her/the whole family clan. All over Europe I have seen families on vacation and baby in tow. But then there are the compartments, TONS of them. On the outside you will find two pockets for baby bottles, one large front pocket with two interior flat pockets, one zip pocket, and one flat side pocket for mat. And on the inside you will find two flat pockets for diapers, two interior compartments, and an elastic band on each side for baby bottles. So there you have it. A posh perfect pair. Louis Vuitton Damier Geant Bags For Dudes
When it comes to man bags I very partial to Louis Vuitton. This preference may be blamed on the LV Dersou being my very first high-end bag ever, but I think it’s also due to the simple fact that Vuitton manages to create such wonderful, irresistible pieces. While being in the market for a new addition to the slowly growing collection, I have been eyeballing the Louis Vuitton Loup (bottom picture) and the Belier (top), both from the Damier Geant line. While the Loup could function as a smaller daily messenger, the Belier would do really well with my Nikon D70S I got mid-last year (even though it is lacking inside compartments for lenses and other accessories). By the way, I am mildly confused why LV lists these two bags in the women’s bag section, they have masculine written all over them.

With photographers Mert Atlas and Marcus Pigott, Scarlett Johansson stepped foot in the Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2007 advertising campaign with slighty tinted pink hair and the gorgeous skin we all are envious of.
“With the Spring/Summer 2007 collection, we wanted to create something very fresh, very feminine, very pretty”, says Marc Jacobs, Louis Vuitton Artistic Director. “And when it came time for the advertising campaign, we thought who would best represent this – someone young and fresh and slightly coquettish, with gorgeous skin and a figure made to wear bustier dresses and gold-heeled shoes, and we came up with Scarlett Johansson.”
The actress is thus the star of Louis Vuitton’s Spring/Summer 2007 advertising campaign, which captures the spirit of the ready-to-wear in a series of deliciously pretty visuals shot by photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott. Fusing echoes of 18th century fêtes galantes with an undercurrent of contemporary street style, the campaign depicts Scarlett Johansson as a not-so-innocent ingénue playing on a swing, wearing the collection’s delicate Liberty prints and ethereal voiles, and carrying the emblematic “That’s Love” shopper, filled with flowers as it was on the catwalk. The season’s other key accessories themes are also featured, including Polka Dots Flowers and Monogram Denim Patchwork bags, floral print hair bands and braided bracelets.

The full Miroir line includes bags representing Louis Vuitton’s most iconic and recognizable shapes: Speedy, Papillon, Keepall, Alma, and Pochette. The line comes in two different colors: Silver and Gold. I must admit that I am not a huge fan of this new line, in fact the silver seems oddly reminiscent of aluminum foil and if you have trouble finding a mirror to touch up your makeup you can always use your bag! In addition, if you’re one of those people who doesn’t like to draw attention to yourself with your bag then this is definitely not for you. and is made of PVC, therefore causing me to question the durability of such a pricey bag. That said, the frenzy surrounding the Miroir line is unlikely to die down anytime soon and if you are contemplating buying one you should call Louis Vuitton immediately to place yourself on the waiting list, so that you can be one of the first to be carrying this season’s IT bag!

While I have no idea who Paris Hilton’s new friend in the picture is (feel free to educate me), I sure know the fab bag that she’s sporting during their shopping spree. It’s no secret that I’ve turned into a Louis Vuitton bags lover! Obviously, being a fresh enthusiast, I had to educate myself about their whole lineup of bags. The bag in the picture is the Louis Vuitton Stamped GM, from LV’s recent Stamped Collection. Vuitton remembers back to their days as a trunk and luggage manufacturer with the big stamped trunk and bags house logo that’s been used since 1905. The GM is a spacious handbag in suede calf leather with double-zippered pocket and pressed stud detail. The inside is lined in LV’s signature monogram micro lining. What a beauty.

Years ago I would have wanted to have nothing to do with the color pink. Pink equated to girlyness and I was more of the girl who refused to play softball but played baseball with the boys. Times have changed and little Miss Tomboy became quite the fashion forward accessory loving girly pink girl. So for some high fashion and pink color, Louis Vuitton is right there to grab any girl’s attention. The Louis Vuitton Baggy PM is made with a monogram denim canvas with natural cowhide trim. While this bag does come in denim, pink and green, the pink is getting my vote as of now. The inside of the bag is lined with the softest saffron microfiber. On the outside the gold-finished brass hardware, flat zipped pocket, and two front pockets with press-lock closures emanate as the focal points. The bag measures 11.7″ L x 8.6″ H x 5.1″ W. Louis Vuitton is a name that can never go unnoticed, and the pink denim just makes this brand appeal more to the inner-girl in all of us.

While I was tweaking the blog tonight, I noticed that the Briefcases catagory has collected some dust in the past months. Strange actually, for there is so many elegant and chic briefcases to talk about. I figured I might as well freshen things up. And why not go all out with my favorite of all, the Louis Vuitton Ambassador Briefcase. I want it, now. Worked in LV’s textured Epi leather, it truely does not even need an LV logo at all. It features a classic s-locl closure and a lined interior with pockets for cell, wallet and miscellaneous other accessories. An exterior back pockets rounds of the 16 by 12 inch briefcase. How very lovely, once I get done with my grad studies, I sure know what I’ll be sporting to work. At a price of over $1,800, I better start saving already.

The Louis Vuitton Globe Shopper Cabas MM shows off the Louis Vuitton logo that dates back to 1905 on a linen patch on top of this cotton and linen canvas bag. The bag is accented with brass hardware which gives off a little antique feel. The logo that you can’t help but miss is actually of the Historic Louis Vuitton Trunks & Bags logo. With that being said, this bag is actually simple and kind of cute, but again, I just don’t like the wham-bam-logo. Trimmed with natural cowhide and sporting two engraved buckles at each side, this bag does have some pluses to it. The inside is lined in polyester-and-cotton Monogram Mini lining and has an interior pocket plus and interior snap=hok closure. Sizing up at 13″ x 11.8″ x 3.1″, I feel like this bag will be a toss up between likes and don’t likes.

You’ve made it in this world if you have a Louis Vuitton bag named after you. I guess I can stop believing that I have made it in this world, because there surely isn’t an LV named after me (I’d like to think that in the future there will be someday?!). The new Louis Vuitton Audra is named after an iconic Broadway singer, Audra McDonald, which gives a new appeal to the Monogram Multicolore canvas line. Best part of the bag for me is the heavy golden metallic hardware and links which gives way to the natural cowhide handles. The shape is also alluring, being not square but triangular. The canvas is the Monogram Multicolore with natural cowhide trim and golden metal hardware, which was of course designed by Takashi Murakami. The inside is lined in Ruby alcantara and has two compartments to hold goodies. I guess the day that I have a high end bag from a classic designer like Louis Vuitton named after me, it means I’m golden. Until then, I’ll be an insignificant bump on a log.

As we’re approaching mid-summer, the frenchmen’s creative force pops out the Louis Vuitton Batignolles Horizontal. The Batignolles is meant as a versatile daily shopper or briefcase, with enough room to carry a laptop around, and yet still sport Vuitton’s elegance and luxury. The classic monogram canvas is finished with shiny golden hardware and sumptuous natural cowhide trim, while its inside is lined in canvas with an interior key ring, and holds zipped and cell phone pockets for storage. The side gussets are adjustable for when you feel like you need to carry around half the office with you around. The spacy 13.4″ x 11.8″ x 5.4″ .

Calling Nurse Betty, and all of those with a high fashion naughty nurse fetish. Louis Vuitton’s spring 2008 ready-to-wear collection cheekily paid tribute to the quintessential ‘50s nurse, sending models down the runway in white apron-like dresses and doctor’s coats, accessorized with pillbox caps emblazoned with a red letter(the hats of the twelve "nurses" together spelled Louis Vuitton.) Marc Jacobs continued the tongue-in-cheek-themed collection with a bevy of colorful, pop-culture-inspired handbags, the product of a collaboration between Jacobs and artist Richard Prince, who tweaked the classic LV monogram with painted on, partially obscured letters, accented with lux skins like ostrich and alligator hide. In addition to the re-worked monogrammed bags there were stand-out clutches and totes adorned with retro cartoon screen prints, reminiscent to those found in the funnies section of a daily newspaper. Tres fun and tres chic!
History
